Bill joined the company as
Controller in 1994. He accepted the position of CFO in
1996 and assumed responsibility for accounting, finance,
human resources and information systems.
Prior to joining the company,
Bill’s experience included a diversified background in all
facets of accounting, finance and management. His
experience includes stints with Deloitte & Touche,
Fieldcrest Cannon, Ameritrust and Kraft General Foods.
He is a graduate of
Appalachian State University and the University of North
Carolina at Charlotte’s Graduate School of Management. He
is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Bill is a member of the
Appalachian State University Alumni Corporate Committee
and the Walker College of Business Corporate Advisory
Board. His hobbies include reading, movies, fitness and
golf. |
