Kim joined the Caffey team as Human Resources Director in May of 2006.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  Prior to joining Caffey, Kim worked in Human Resources Management for the largest private trucking  company in North Carolina.  She has also worked as a Human Resource Manager in the Food Manufacturing industry and in her career, Kim also held the position of Regional Safety Director in the Textile Industry. Kim received her Professional in Human Resources designation in 2003.  She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and HRMAG (Human Resource Management Association of Greensboro) where she serves as the Professional Development Chair.
